However found the pool area to be dirty and this really let the hotel and staff down. We went 2 days in a row, early morning, and nothing had improved on the 2nd visit. "

"The hotel is great, but the only good thing about it's location is that it's right next to Gatwick South Terminal. No local amenities beyond a KFC and a McDonalds, and you have to cross what looks like a slip road and industrial estate to get to them. Very very functional, but being your own food."

"We had a triple room in the annex building. Room had a decent size and in good condition, but a bit hot and air conditioning system made too much noise to leave on for long. Bed was a bit hard. Otherwise staff was really helpful and nice, and location is great, close to many restaurants, buses and shops, Victoria station is just 10 minutes walk away."
