We were provided with tea and coffee making products and there was cutlery and a table and chairs to eat in the room, if necessary. The breakfast was nice and the host was friendly and kind. "Hotel was under construction on the weekend we stayed, which included no AC being operational. There was no attempted communication to notify guests prior. Construction was loud and was active 9-5.. including Saturday mornings. Hotel was not interested in our grievances, we finally got some room fans.. and a token free breakfast but only on 1 day of our stay. Hotel staff maintained a tone of being frustrated with you for complaining. We stayed during the hottest May week on record, so thankfully spent most of the time away from the hotel, but a relaxing Saturday morning in bed, is firmly not on this hotels list of amenities."
