"I left the hotel in 5 min after saw the terrible smell and bad clean condition on my hotel room!! Walk to the front desk glass window and give back the card keys also a lot guest out side on the parking lot was smoke marijuana(weed) and have people in the pool around 1:00 am and chaotic situations in this place!! I need to be refunded on this one. My wife booked the Hilton hotel by the New Orleans airport under my name and the same credit card I have on file to confirm this … please help me out with this matter. "
