"The room wasn’t very clean. You could tell the floors were still dirty in the bathroom and there were some hairs still left behind in the shower, etc. Some positives; the AC unit worked great and the room was nice and dark for sleep."

"Good location for doing business in Slidell or over at Stennis. The area around to hotel is starting to decay. There is a very large abandoned mall across the streets. All the close restaurants are mediocre at best. But the hotel itself is clean and updated."

"The outside looks great and I assume had a fairly recent renovation. Thats where the positives end. When looking for a hotel, I want 3 main things - easy access, a clean room/fresh linens, and ample towels. 1. The elevator was broken. Not a huge deal until the second elevator also started to act up. At first the remote/tv in the bedroom would not work. Eventually figured out it was unplugged. Total waste of time because then the streaming continued to buffer/didn't work so the tv was pointless. 2. When we got into bed for the night, there was debris (no idea what it was and honestly would rather not know) all over the bottom of the bed. There is no way fresh linens were put on after the last guest. Staff brought new sheets but no apology or care. 3. We had 4 people and 2 bath towels on the first day. I went down to the lobby and explained we had 4 people, were given 2 bath towels, and would need at least 4 more. Was given 2. On our second day, the fire alarm went off at 7 am. It continued to go off. We tried to call the front desk - no answer. So we got dressed to go down and were told it was a false alarm. Cool. Overall, would not recommend and would never stay again."

"To be honest, I didn’t have much to complain about for the price. At first, my boyfriend and I had stayed in one room and it was pretty clean. The only things that didn’t work were the hair drier and air vent in the restroom, which I normally turn on while showering so it doesn’t feel too humid once I get out, but that was no big deal. We, very last minute, decided to stay another night and thankfully they did have another room available. This room also looked clean, the hair dryer worked and so did the air vent in the restroom. The only things that didn’t work in this room were the clothing iron and for some reason the tv was stuck in mute. I would try to press the volume buttons and it didn’t seem to work. Thankfully, the staff there were very helpful and managed to get that fixed. Once again, no big deal, the only thing that sucked after the second night there was that my boyfriend woke up feeling really itchy and we noticed he had red bite marks all over his arms, legs, and even a few on his face. At first I thought it was from mosquitos, but upon further inspection and based on the pattern of the bite marks, we believe that the room we stayed in during the second night had bed bugs. I wasn’t affected as much since I wore some long sleeve pijama with pants, while my boyfriend slept in a tank top and some shorts. I didn’t let front desk know because I was unsure at the time, but after looking up what bed bug bites look like, I was certain that that’s what bit my boyfriend."

"Breakfast was ok, parking had room for my Motorcoach staff appeared like we were bothering him. To top it off MY EXPIDA CHARGED ME FOR TGE ROOM THEN THE HOTEL CHARGED ME SO NOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH THAT"
