"We stayed at a one bedroom apartment facing east. This unit was on the 23rd floor and though it was high from the ground the noise of the city was loud. For a moment I felt I was in New York as the near by Atahualpa Stadium was testing the sound for a local concert. The other thing I noticed was that it gets hot in the morning if you don’t lower the window treatments. And one minus was that there is no dryer in the unit. "The host family is super nice. The rooms are clean. The bed was small but comfortable. Hot water was spotty, and the shower was not ideal, but it got the job done. Overall, I loved the neighborhood- great food, coffee shop, and easy to Uber to the main parts of Quito and Cumbaya. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. "

"Didn't realize this was the same horrible "management" as for prior stay, so endured same horrible property conditions again. Much equipment didn't work, NO attempt to fix anything, rude "help", no airport meet as promised, no change of linens after 2 days, (as promised!). I'd never stay at any of these "Suites" properties in Quito ever again & strongly recommend all these be avoided, so they don't ruin other people's trips as they did mine."

"I never got to stay as when I went to check in, the room was already rented to someone else. When contacting the property owner, he advised someone booked it already on another platform, which led me to have to find another location. "
