"Excellent hotel with fantastic family room, actually a suite with 2 rooms and 2 toilets plus large bathroom, two showers, 2 tvs etc. Only weird thing in the room was in main room begind the bed the wall was white with black speckles but it honestly it just looked like mould, so it was a bit disconcerting at first. See pics , wont let me upload pics

"This hotel was absolutely lovely! Our room was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Nice shower with good water pressure. The jacuzzi and sauna were very relaxing. The concierge Francois was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond. Five stars! "

"Very nice hotel, close to the casino and train station. Very nice
pool (1st floor) for swimming a bit, warm water level. The spa (floor -1) is even nicer but just too busy, especially on weekends. That ruins a bit the potentially great experience, maybe providing prebooked entry slots would help. The breakfast is nice too, just also too crowded on weekends. I had to wait for 10 mins before even getting a table on Sunday. The new cosy rooms are nice and modern, maybe you can hear a bit too much...

"The hotel is not 4 star by any standard it is falling apart the toilets smell of urine I was locked in to one for 30 minutes with a broken door handle , decoration from the 1980’s , crumbling paintwork , rusty gym equipment and an overpacked
pool area with a basic spa , I think this is probably the worse hotel I have stayed in and the nice view does not make up for it "

"This hotel was very nice in a non touristy area in the French Alps. The rooms are big and clean. They offer different rooms with spa access or not. Although one of the rooms we stayed at had a spa access, but we didn’t use it, so I can’t comment on the spa. The hotel was fully booked the 4 nights we were there. The hotel is walking distance to pubs, casino and restaurants, so parking could be challenging including the hotel’s self parking, hotel’s underground parking and the public parking spaces close to it. The hotel is walking distance to the train station."
