"We absolutely loved staying here. Check in and check out were seamless and staff were very friendly. We ate at the hotel restaurant once for lunch and it was great. We didn’t reserve breakfast in advance but did eat it one morning when we were running behind. We regretted not booking it for a few days because it was much more expensive to do it the day of but the food was fantastic. So many options and interesting things to try, plus a coffee service. Area was walkable. We found several great places to eat and drink a few blocks up the street. Front desk will call you a taxi that arrives in like 2 minutes if you want to go anywhere! The room was on the small side but doable if you stay organized and store your suitcase under the bed. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The fridge and kitchenette were great and well stocked with basic cooking supplies. There is not a daily cleaning service but this didn’t matter to us. I prefer not to have strangers rifling through my room. Laundry service, gym and yoga studio in the basement. Beautiful seating area in the main floor for reading or lounging. Overall, great place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again! "

"I liked the comfort the Novotel brought to my family. The pool was nice, and the convenience of walking to the Eiffel Tower was great. It didn’t have a direct view of the tower, but was still a great experience. If you see this Ryan Trahan, go to Novotel!!!!!"

From iPad mini control of every room feature, seamless control from you phone to auto light and shades, cool colors, to prompt delivery of delicious food to a special night cap of the best chocolate lava cake with French vanilla ice cream. You have to stay at CitizenM Bravo!"
