"Basically…. Do not stay here unless you enjoy roaches. There are roaches everywhere. Staff is well aware that there is a pest problem. Housekeeping has raid on their carts. The rooms are filthy. We moved rooms 3 times due to roaches. On the third time, we left and came back a few hours later… to find people in our room. A terrible experience all around. The food onsite is worse than cafeteria food and very expensive. The pool is clean! Joes apartment is entirely too expensive for what you get. Do yourself a favor and go to the Hyatt down the road. "

"The hotel gave us 1 facecloth and 1 bath towel. Rooms were very dated. Shuttle to the port was very organized, and the driver was nice. Hotel staff was nice, they just didn't have enough towels and blankets (it was a bit chilly upon arrival). Hotel definitely needs to be upgraded. "
