"Very nice property everything was great, nice view, but theres an any problem, the coffee table and kitchen counter has an any infestation, we told the cleaner and she said not to eat on the coffee table thats it If it wasn’t for this would have been a 10/10 stay We were in room A4"

"Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper! Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place. Just do yourselves a favor and avoid this place...

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons bénéficié d’un accueil chaleureux : toute l’équipe a été à l’écoute pendant tout le séjour; petit déjeuner et dîner étaient servis à l’heure, avec un service attentionné qui anticipait chacune de nos demandes. Nous avons également profité des soins au Ylang Spa, où des professionnelles telles qu’Usha, Kaelyna et Vima, aux mains expertes, ont rendu chaque massage mémorable. Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Laëtitia et Dominique pour leur excellent accueil ! Le personnel était toujours professionnel et souriant. L’établissement offrait un vrai confort : literie agréable, chambre bien agencée, repas variés, petit-déjeuner copieux et animations du soir parfaitement organisées. "The hotel is in a beautiful location and the amenities and setting are in tune with nature. It's a great place to stay and relax. Our top deck chalet room was 20 metres from the beach and 15 metres from the restaurant. Just perfect to zone out and chill for a week.The staff were great, attentive and helpful when needed and never too forward. Food excellent, plenty of choice - just a great week in a fabulous location. Venture out into the national park or take a glass bottom boat to interrupt the beach time. HIGHLY recommended - hotel and location. "
