"The staff was incredibly friendly! Check in was a breeze, and my Silver status earned an upgraded room on the 3rd floor! I booked a Mountain View room, and it was absolutely stunning! I didn’t think I would have much of a view of the mountains when parking, but when we got up to the room, it was a gorgeous view! The breakfast was decent, they offered waffles, bagels, English muffins, sausage, fried eggs, yogurt, and more! My son had a great time in the pool, and the hot tub was actually hot unlike some places where they are only lukewarm. In our room, the closet door was broken and the bathroom lock didn’t work, but maintenance was more than happy to fix the issues for us. Downtown Fort Collins was maybe a 5 minute drive. The beds were comfy, and the rooms were very clean. Something that I found super cool was the fact that you can open the windows! I’ve never been to a hotel where you can actually open the windows. While the property was booked completely full, it was still incredibly quiet and everyone was friendly. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again! "
