"THE HEATHMAN HOTEL is a boutique style hotel tucked away in the small town of Kirkland, just across Lake Washington. I've stayed in it twice already and would recommend it to anyone. It is a dog-friendly hotel in a town that loves its dogs. The town itself is extremely walkable, friendly and quiet at night. The hotel rooms, even the basic ones, are well appointed. Mine had a huge soaking tub that I could easily fit my 6-foot frame into. The large, 4-K TV is LG but you can run your personal apps via scanning the QR code. The only drawbacks are, while there is a refrigerator in the rooms, there is no microwave or ice bucket. You have to call down or go get ice yourself. Also, you'd be wise to bring your own type-c charger adapter with you. They have kindly thought of including an iron and ironing board in the closet, right next to these terribly comfortable robes. As far as the hotel bar, its not half bad. They have a brick over to make pizzas in and the food menu is pretty good. Most of all, the bar can make excellent cocktails. I've noticed that a lot of locals come here after work so that says a lot. All in all, this was an excellent hotel in a very pleasant little town."
