"My car was broken into. Two other cars were also broken into. The police said it was a regular thing. A van pulls up. Guys jump out; break car windows and leave the parking lot within minutes. I suffered over a thousand dollars in theft loss"

"It was very unorganized checking in. Staff were polite, but very unorganized, staff seems to be everywhere, but no one seemed to be directly working at check in. The hallway smelled and our room at nasty marks on the walls, a spot on the floor was crusty and not cleaned, and one of our pillow cases had a mark on it. Did not feel clean while staying here. "

"Hotel was nice but we hand no blackout drapes, just sheer, thin white/cream curtains. A mall cop was just continually driving around hotel parking hot with his emergency lights on from dusk until dawn. Was very hard to sleep. Hotel staff said that this happened there every single night. I don’t know how anyone gets any rest. "

"Last time we stayed here, I booked a suite. I should have again. Instead, I booked a double queen and although the room was nice enough, they put my daughter and I on the 4th floor with a bunch of families surrounding us. All I heard was kids and mom yelling and babies crying late into the night and early in the morning. A few other minor things, our toilet clogged, our mini fridge didn’t keep anything cold or even cool, and the hot tub was temporarily down. They did offer a voucher upon checkout when I mentioned the fridge so that was nice. Next time I’ll ask for a quieter part of the hotel."

"Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We booked this hotel while in town for a cheer competition, and unfortunately, the experience never improved after a rough start. The WiFi was advertised but did not work at all during our stay. The “breakfast” offering was essentially nonexistent. Upon arrival, the TV was not functioning, and the room had clearly not been cleaned properly—dirty bedding is completely unacceptable. We were also given very limited towels and washcloths, and when I requested more, I was told they were entirely out. Front desk service added to the frustration. The staff member, Ellen, was frequently unavailable, with a sign indicating she was assisting another guest, yet she appeared to be outside taking multiple smoke breaks. The most significant issue was the lack of air conditioning. The room was extremely hot, making it very uncomfortable for my family of four to sleep. I requested an accommodation for the first night due to these conditions, but my concern was ignored. To make matters worse, the hotel requires payment prior to arrival and threatens cancellation if at least the first night is not paid—yet the quality of the stay did not come close to justifying that policy. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property. "
