It’s floors were uneven and feels like you are staying in a piece of history with all the old oak panelling . Beautifully decorated and top quality toiletries and tea/coffee. As it is right in the new forest, our stay was peaceful and there are plenty of walking routes. It was also nice to see the New Forest ponies wondering around the surrounding area of the Inn."

"This is a very lovely hotel, set in beautiful surroundings. We were ecstatic that the room was ready several hours before the standard check-in and we were allowed to go straight to it. The room was large, very clean and the views were soothing. The surrounding areas were walkable with several convenient shops and restaurants nearby. the only drawback: the room service food was bland and expensive"
