"This was the perfect location and the rooms were clean, it was super close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The train was a 2 minute walk away which made it super easy to get to other places. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this accommodation!! "

"空港からホテルまで、わかりにくい場所からシャトルバスに乗れましたが、ホテルのフロントで13ドル近く請求されました。国内線に移動して、そこから徒歩10分くらいなので、そちらにすれば良かったのですが… 部屋はきれいでしたが、アメニティはバスタオル、電気ケトル、マグカップ、コーヒーとティーバッグ、シュガーだけでした。ヘアドライヤーはフロントに言えば貸してもらえます。翌日の朝食を予約してましたが、どこで食べるのか何も情報がなく、フロントで聞くと隣のホテルに行けとのこと。バイキング形式で良かったですが、説明書くらい部屋に置いてほしいなと思いました。そっけない感じのサービスで、日本とは違いますね。"

"Centrally located , and within walking distance to the light rail and all the shops and cafe around Randwick. It was a family trip to attend my son ‘s graduation , which we booked for four rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative feedback from me is one of the room 103 , the air conditioning was malfunctioned and there is no hairdryer in room 101. Overall all were good."

"I stayed at this hotel twice on my trip, at the beginning and at the end. It was close to places I wanted to see. I chose a room with twin size, since it was just me. In both stays, room was too small for the price I paid. The layout was also a bit problematic. In the second room, hot water did not work on the sink. I did not try the bar. If you are okay with small rooms and do not have a large suitcase, you may consider this hotel."
