"I will not be paying for this room as I did not stay. The building was filthy and moldy. The carpets were stained. The entire room and hallways and lobby reeked of smoke. I saw the room and went to return key and not stay and nobody was at desk. Is I see I was charged. I filed a complaint"

"Lovely place to stay and the warmth and feel of an old Inn is wonderful. Happy and hope to return for a longer stay some day."

"The place was clean, and the staff was amazing. It’s an old motel, which would be nice if it were improved. However, I really appreciated the sparkles and the good smell. No cigarettes at all, and the bathroom was shining. Very close to the UConn campus, about 7 minutes, and very convenient."

"Room was fine, clean. The guests upstairs were very inconsiderate and we heard everything they/their kids were doing. Very loud. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom literally pulled right out of the wall. Was not mounted. The shower did not turn on all of the way. Overall, it was a lot to pay for what we got."

"Breakfast was good variety, i will say the hotel should invest in a more industrial toaster made for constant use rather than standard kitchen toasters. Room was large and my only complaint is that there are gaps around the door which lets light in from the hall and we could hear conversations from thr room next door through the connecting doors. "
