"The room was great. Front desk was super friendly, but there was a 10-minute wait to check in. There was no TV remote in the room. One was brought up, but the guy didn't get the full story because he asked for the one that didn't work. In the restaurant (not the coffee bar), at breakfast, both espresso drinks were served in paper travel cups. Now, that's tacky. When I asked the server about it, she replied that that's all they have. Huh? I was promised at $10 credit for food or drinks, from my membership, but it didn't show up on the receipt. For a premium hotel, there were too many hiccups. But it is a really nice facility in a great location."
