"We were in town for a memorial with my parents. The rooms were very comfortable. I felt very safe and we were right downtown. It would be a perfect place if somebody needed to stay if they had somebody in the hospital because it’s a very short distance away from the hospital."

"Beautifully appointed hotel and rooms. Clean and quiet. Directly across the street from the theatre making it an easy walk to the show. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Appreciated and utilized Valet parking, but free parking is available in a lot across the street. We opted for a late dinner after the show in the bar. The food was well prepared and presented. We did not have breakfast at the hotel as we were meeting friends for breakfast elsewhere. Enjoyed our stay, and will definitely book a future stay."

"After arriving around 10:30pm, I tried to call for the shuttle. Two different attempts got me multiple loops of a ringing phone, then a message to start over again. We finally walked almost half a mile to the hotel lobby, where I was told that "I was really busy, I had six people in line checking in and I am the only one here." So, maybe if I had kept calling for another 15-20 minutes, she would have had time to answer the phone and dispatch the shuttle? Inexcusable! I will look for other options next time I need them at GEG."
