"Wonderful, quaint, historic hotel with lots of charm. The only downside was the breakfast situation—while the nearby restaurant sounded great, the wait time after ordering was so long that we ended up going elsewhere the second morning. It wasn’t a big issue for us, though, and we would definitely stay again"

"Breakfast at the hotel was cereal bars, instant porridge and coffee. However, we also each received a Denny’s voucher (which was next door) for three items free or 7.00 off a breakfast."

"We were there for mt biking and it was perfect for bringing our bike in. The room was very clean, roomy fridge, table for breakfast etc. Need to bring dishware or cooking basics. The bedding was simple with sheets and light, fluffy comforterr that was warm and weightless. The staff was super helpful, friendly and professional. We wanted simple, budget lodging to sleep after busy days out and this worked. There is also a good coffee roaster cafe a few blocks east, and Top of India restaurant to the west. Very convenient!
