"We always have an amazing experience here! Enjoyed the location, spa and hotel. Our dinner ( for my birthday) was outstanding. The only issue we had was that our server changed one our appetizers, without asking, because she felt a beef app and entree was too repetitive. When we mentioned this she became offensive then scarce from our table and had the other staff check in with us. Perhaps it would be a good idea to teach staff about not making food changes and choices without consulting the customers. What she chose was a shrimp dish not knowing whether either of us had any allergies. Otherwise, experience was relaxing."

"Souvent quand nous voyageons au Québec, nous vérifions toujours s'il y a un Time Hôtel dans le secteur. C'est un hôtel parfait dans tout le sens du mot.Aucunement déçu, lit confortable, l'ambiance de la chambre très zen et propre même quand on pénètre dans la chambre, bonne odeur.Tout est bien calculé dans l'espace de la chambre. L'espace à la réception vers le bar très conviviable et chaleureux où l'on peut prendre le petit déjeuner le matin, il en vaut le prix. Jamais déçu et toujours ravi d'y retourner,"

"It was a very nice room with a lovely view. The amenities at the hotel are excellent although we didn’t really use them as the weather was cool. We found the dining room extremely expensive. On the first morning (Sunday) they only offered brunch from a buffet. We don’t eat large breakfasts so we ende up paying $160 for two breakfasts which we thought extortionate. We had one dinner in the main dining room. The mal presentation was very good but the portions were small, the service was very slow, the food was cool to cold and the price very high. We ate in the bistro from then on which was OK and more reasonable. When we arrived, I asked about a meal plan but was told it was not available because we had booked with Expedia. As it happens,that turned out to be a good thing."
