"The front desk staff was so accommodating and friendly!"

"Overall a nice stay. Building is old and could use some updates. AC in room was loud so hard to sleep or talk to each other. Breakfast was the basic as any 7/8 hotel rating. The pool temp was nice. I was actually able to get in."

"There was trash under the bed. There was litter all over the carpet the tub had a soap scum ring and would not drain. None of us could shower. The staff was not helpful at all. You had to wait at the service desk forever to get waited on."

"Was not too happy with the service after the concert Friday night. We were the first two people in there for about half an hour. ordered a pizza right away as we know it gets busy after a concert. 45 mins went by and we had to ask for our pizza our waitress said they had others made but not ours...we were first to order. So she went back and miraculously came back with an all meat pizza you could clearly see was just tossed on top of the pepperoni one and melted cheese on top quickly. It was horrible to say the least. Other than that we have never ever had bad service there. We may consider an alternative next time bar staff was not very helpful but to just the drinkers only."

"One of the best hotels I have stayed at! Everything felt clean and tidy. Beautiful updated decor and colors. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was better than most. My kids aged 5-11 loved the pool, absolutely perfect for that age range. There was happy hour on weekdays so my husband and I got complimentary wine and the kids got a free soda. The room was immaculate and our beds and pillows were comfy. I highly recommend the clubhouse. The area around the clubhouse was very nice! Felt safe and had restaurants and anything you’d need super close. 10/10! "

"When I am in Sioux Falls, SD I will almost always choose this place if I am there for an event. The rooms are clean, staff is nice and it is in a very central location close to everything you need."
