L'accueil a été effroyable, la personne à l'accueil voulait nous jeter dehors au prétexte qu'elle n'avait pas de chambre, alors que nous avions réservé via hotel.com. J'ai insisté malgré les cris de la personne et bien m'en a pris, elle a finalement trouvé la réservation et m'a dit qu'elle n'avait pas compris. "This hotel was the highlight of our Sicily trip and my only regret is not staying there longer. The Aeolian Islands are a must see and stay here when you do. Everything is top notch at this hotel. The service and warm staff are just the icing on the cake. The views, amenities, food, drinks, all of it is top notch! We cant say enough amazing things about this hotel."
