Only one suggestion would be to have black-out curtains in the room as the lights are on all night outside lighting up the room. No curtains just mini-blinds are provided. "

The weather was very hot and humid during our 2 day stay...the room and lobby AC were fine, but the common areas were not air conditioned, so coming and going from the room you did need to walk through...

"This is our 3rd visit for this hotel. This place sets the standard for hospitality. Every hotel manager and hotel chain CEO on the East Coast should come to this hotel to get a clinic on how to give outstanding service and maintaining a beautiful property. The rates are definitely not cheap, but, you get what you pay for. The waterfront rooms with the sleeper sofa is a good size for a family of 4. Parking is free. Even homemade cookies in the late afternoon. Plenty of seating on the back...
