Princess Royale Oceanfront Resort

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Princess Royale and would definitely consider returning. Our suite was clean, modern, bright and nicely decorated, with plenty of space for our family. Beach access was excellent, the atmosphere was lively and fun, and every staff member we encountered was extremely polite and friendly. A few suggestions that would make the suites even better for beach-going families: A broom, Swiffer or small vacuum in every suite would be a huge help. Even being careful with our beach gear, sand inevitably made its way throughout the room, bathroom, balcony and eventually the beds. A quick daily sweep would make a big difference. A small bottle of dish soap at the kitchen sink would also be appreciated. We frequently ran out of clean utensils but didn't always have enough dishes to justify running the dishwasher. Being able to hand-wash a few things would be much more convenient. A simple instruction card for the induction cooktop would be very helpful. I found it surprisingly difficult to operate and ultimately had to use ChatGPT to figure it out. A few minor things: coffee/tea supplies were somewhat limited, the TVs were a little complicated to operate (especially the bedroom TV), and our alarm clock wasn't functional. Overall, though, we had a wonderful family stay and would happily return. The beautiful beach access, comfortable suites, friendly staff and fun atmosphere made for a great vacation!"
Tidelands Caribbean Hotel and Suites

"Really loved the hotel but def needs cable tv for night time watching. You only get a couple channels and they all suck lol! Beds were comfy and the shower water was piping hot, which I loved. The view from our balcony, ocean block, was amazing. The AC makes no sound so if you need a fan sound to sleep, bring your own. I was discouraged reading so many other bad reviews on here but glad I gave it a try anyway. The staff were wonderful and so helpful so tidelands def deserves all stars. I could see the parking being an issue too but almost anywhere downtown is like that. We stayed end of August and had a great parking spot. You’re in walking distance to anything you’d need so once you’re parked you are set."
