Crystal Beach Hotel

"The property was clean on the surface. They had some kind of filter on the air conditioner in the hallway that made the whole floor smell like Christmas. It was nice. Upon closer inspection I could see there was some hair that wasn't thoroughly cleaned from the floor, linens and towels. It wasn't overly terrible but who wants prior guest's hair on their linens and towels? The enamel on the toilet in the room my kids were staying in was rubbed off. It was pretty bad. I think overall the hotel just needs to have a little upgrade and maybe a little more training for the cleaning staff."

"Toilet seat was busted, and charging for parking , other than that beautiful view,friendly staff, pool area was nice with a bar n snack food available ,restaurant had indoor pool and bar ."

"Balcony was nice. The door wouldn’t lock, but it was nice to be able to face the street during bike week. The curtains however were cut at the bottom, so everyone could see in our room with them shut."

"The rooms were pretty ok. My husband and I had to share wash clothes cause they only gave us one and promise to bring more but didn't, our bathtub was not clean, the game room is extremely small and breakfast was OK but such a small space. Our overall experience was a four. The cleanliness of the hotel was about a 4 as well."
