"The location is perfect. We had an ocean front room on the 4th floor. Beautiful view. I love all of the birds, koi fish, turtles and the bearded dragon in the atrium. The atrium cafe was perfect to grab some breakfast at before hitting up the beach. The room was nice and spacious. I was pleased that we had a kitchenette. Maid service was great and we had clean towels & emptied trash cans each day. The front desk was responsive with any concerns we had. Areas that need improvement: the triangle shaped luggage carts are absolutely terrible and need to be replaced ASAP. The indoor pool was nice, but it was so cold that we couldn’t stay in for too long. (The hot tubs were fabulous). The cable went out for multiple days during our stay, so we had no tv at all! The front desk did not offer any compensation at all. The elevator is slow and there should be 2 for this property."
