"Stay was quiet overall great only concern was i couldnt get new towels as i could never find the front desk person. I still would revisit because something small but more staff on duty would be ideal as i had to buy an additional towel for my last night "

Our shower head was broken and was squirting all over the place when I called them they didn’t know what to do, there was no maintenance person. They guy had the audacity to ask if my daughter had other player staying there that she could go shower in their room with no consideration about my husband and I, also that’s so rude to bother other family’s. Also the floor was still dirty and there was hair on the toilet. The next day we went swimming and the front desk lady was super rude when we called for towels because there was non and she brought them to us with an attitude, completely ignored my daughter when she said thank you. Our experience here was not the greatest. "

"Red head front desk person was rude. Rooms are definitely not cleaned well. Hot tub was not working. "

"Its not a bad hotel just aged a bit. The pool was nice but a bit chilly and the hot tub was broken. Breakfast was adequate and good. It does have a decent fitness room. "

"The smoke alarm went off just after midnight and again around 6AM. There was no obvious smoke and the building was not on fire. I believe that maintenance of the air filter in the heat pump had been ignored, leading to particulates escaping from the filter and subsequently triggering the smoke alarm. Office staff proved unable to deal with this issue in a timely manner."
