"First room had no electricity to the tv, microwave and refrigerator- moved next door and then they tried to move someone else into our room in the middle of the night. Bed was comfortable but when we got up to take a shower there was no shower curtain - Worst stay on our trip"

"Nice staff. The condo had everything I needed. Wish I could burn wood in the fireplace but only pressed wood is allowed which doesn't burn down without real wood. Hot tub still broken."

"Took 35-40 mins to get into my room as the cleaning staff did not have the room cleaned and several other guests had to wait as well. I was at the hotel by 4:20 pm and check in was to be at 3pm to get into my room. The front lobby was very warm so issues with the AC. "

"The breakfast was great--lots of choices. The room was really good--comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with a nice shower. We were able to park our vehicle just steps from our room. Will definitely stay there again."

"The staff was always very friendly— even the manager came over during breakfast to greet us and gave some cookies to the kids who had already eaten, which was a very thoughtful gesture! The pool and spa were incredibly relaxing. The rooms were very spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and there were extra blankets in the closet. There is coffee available all day, and the breakfast was good overall. "

"The breakfast offerings were not entirely fresh, with the bread appearing somewhat stale. By 8:30 AM, several items were depleted, with only two sausages remaining and a surplus of eggs. The pancake machine was also in need of repair. Furthermore, a bloodstain was observed on the pull-out sofa. However, the front desk attendant provided excellent customer service and demonstrated a friendly demeanor."
