Best Western Plus Omaha Airport Inn

"The room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable too. Front desk staff were friendly. The pool was clean The hotel offered an airport shuttle which was very welcome and useful. It's one of the reasons I booked my stay here. The hot tub was kind of dirty and the water was not hot. The jets worked fine. The public bathrooms in the hallway down stairs needed attention. there was no soap in mens restroom and toilet needed cleaning. In the women's bathroom the toilet would not flush as the handle was not working. I reported the bathroom issues to the front desk. The soap issue was taken care of immediately during my stay. The toilet did get fixed but after I had checked out. And I was told that they were working on issue with the hot tub and were looking to hire more staff so that there would be better upkeep."

"Front end staff were very friendly. Location is very convenient. Great place to stay for the money. Breakfast was basic but good. Pool was a tad cold and the hot tub was out of commission and obviously had been for some time. Major complaint would be we had no soap or shampoo in the dispensers in the shower. Instead of replacing them all the did was leave a new container of shampoo on the counter which wasn’t something we could just put in ourselves"
