"The staff was very nice! However the room was kind of dirty. One of the beds had weird gunk splattered on it and one had a cigarette burn in the covers. The towels and Bathroom were clean though! One other thing to note is that I paid extra for the book now pay in person option and the hotel still charged my card the same day. The next day they charged me a 100 dollar deposit. The deposit is refundable and understandable but I was not warned of it prior to booking my room. It was a very hidden fee"

"The room smelled of mold and mildew which was an issue some family also dealt with in their room too. The water pressure in the shower was like a trickle and there was hair in the tub from previous guests. There was no TV remote in the room so we asked for one from the front desk. The remote didn't work on our TV. There were huge stains on the sheets when we arrived. The pillows were so small, like throw pillows and there were only 3. The faux leather on the headboard was cracked and peeling all over the bed. There was only 1 outlet on one side of the bed. Front desk said we couldn't use the pool facility without paying another fee even though we were paying guests with a room. I've never stayed in a hotel who charged me extra to swim in the pool. Overall, the place smelled terrible, the place looks run down, staff was less than helpful, cleanliness was a major concern, and now my husband and I are going home sick due to the mold. I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else. My family members who stayed this weekend won't either."

"Staff was rude and not helpful. When I made my reservation I was informed my companion /service animal was welcome for a fee. No problem. When I arrived to check in I was told absolutley not. I asked to cancel my booking that I used rhru a 3rd party and I was told they would not help me and that it was my problem. I left and they had someone stand outside to make sure I got in my car and left.Rude, not helpful, and snotty attitude. I was accommodated up the stree, no problem. I would not recommend this prperty!!!"
