"Pros: (1) The staff were extremely helpful and always available to accommodate or answer any question and make sure your stay met or exceeded your expectations. (2) the location - convenient to reach any destination downtown or to the Custer National Memorial (3) the facilities: a indoor pool, gym is somewhat subdued. (4) Clean, safe and quiet Cons - Just my humble opinion: (1) Lack of or limited choices for breakfast food items. Scrambled eggs had a ham mixture mixed in with the eggs (why not just have a batch of scrambled eggs and on the side other ingredients to add if wanted), only strawberry yogurt? Only whole milk? another day biscuits and gravy with a tray of bacon. What happened to scrambled eggs as a staple. Ok - there was equipment for making pancakes and waffles and toast. Also assorted juices to access from a machine. Yes - I understand there are plenty of retail chain stores available to source yogurt, water and fruit - which I did take advantage. But there are other hotels as well with fundamental or basic menu items that may be boring but reflect quick and easy grab and go items that can be enjoyed by the masses rather than a narrower group of tourists. Why have tourists leave disappointed?"
