"The room smelled of mold and mildew which was an issue some family also dealt with in their room too. The water pressure in the shower was like a trickle and there was hair in the tub from previous guests. There was no TV remote in the room so we asked for one from the front desk. The remote didn't work on our TV. There were huge stains on the sheets when we arrived. The pillows were so small, like throw pillows and there were only 3. The faux leather on the headboard was cracked and peeling all over the bed. There was only 1 outlet on one side of the bed. Front desk said we couldn't use the pool facility without paying another fee even though we were paying guests with a room. I've never stayed in a hotel who charged me extra to swim in the pool. Overall, the place smelled terrible, the place looks run down, staff was less than helpful, cleanliness was a major concern, and now my husband and I are going home sick due to the mold. I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else. My family members who stayed this weekend won't either."
