"So bad. Arrival-Signage for the office points down an alley w/no further instructions, had to call for directions to the office because sign points to a building its not in. Staff informed us of a parking fee which we were not aware of, while there the gentleman that was also checking they wanted an additional $120 from him. NONE of other hotels in area we stayed in prior ever charged fees to registered guests. Its off season, many restaurants aren't open, and its not like the "beach" was a big draw with the weather being chilly. So a parking fee when the place is deserted is super ridiculous. Our room is in the 5th floor of a different building. This place is not handi friendly. Yes it has parking and ramps but where do you unload your vehicle at? There is a driveway but your blocking traffic and then need to move your vehicle or you need to drag your luggage through the parking lot/garage. next once you get it up the ramp to the lobby you now need to either leave your car in the driveway blocking people or your luggage in the lobby to move your car. Same if you need to make multiple trips for stuff. The room has a narrow long hallway. We chose the room w/the jetted tub. Bathroom has burn marks on the counter & blankets stained. Sliding door doesn't lock. AC wasn't working. Maintenance not on site - never addressed. Froze one night - too hot next. View consisted of a building being demo noise was horrible. One chair in the room- used outside chair to eat inside"
