"Lilly is the best staff member my wife and I have encountered in a very long time! The tall lady at the front desk that works the later shift to be specific!! I don’t care what she makes She needs a raise!!! I run a similar business and I advise anyone in management reading this to cherish this employee and compensate her properly for the kind of professionalism she offers while she’s still there. She needs to be training every employee in that building. I have the tendency purposely not booking the same place twice, but I will definitely be going again just because of the customer service we received on New Year’s Eve. "

Our room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The courtyard and pool were a true highlight—such a relaxing oasis after a day of exploring. "Room 2031 is listed as an oversized king room HOWEVER the bathroom is SMALL. It is very hard to maneuver in the bathroom. The shower head needs to be changed and the water pressure is sub par. I love the hotel and the location BUT this room isn’t it! You can’t sit on the couch and watch tv because there’s a wall blocking the view. Again, it’s sub par. I always stay at this hotel in NOLA but never again will I stay in room 2031. There is a connecting room to room 2031 and the walls are super thin. So much so that I heard EVERYTHING that was happening in that room. The location of this property is exactly what you want and need because it’s close to everything! One block from Bourbon St. ALL of the staff members were awesome!"
