"Our room was clean and looked recently renovated! The house keeping staff was excellent! The beds were super comfortable! Hotel had security guards and we felt safe staying there! There is a lot of homeless people in New Orleans. Loved the elevators. You put in what floor you wanted and it took you directly to that floor. No other stops for people getting on. The rooftop pool was perfect! The hotel provided towels! Overall very nice stay. One con the prices at the hotel bar were outrageous! $25 for a beer and vodka soda! Would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!!"

It was close to everything food was in walking distance shopping and overall great stay! I did have to pay for valet separately from hotel but other than that I love this hotel!"
