"I was greeted by Brenda, the check in was fast and seamless, the room was appropriately cool, everything was clean and neat. I had a couple of requests from the front end staff during my extended stay and they were accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The breakfast selection is always on point with a variety of foods, ie. scrambled eggs, bacon one day sausage the next, jellied pastries, yogurt, breads, coffee, tea hot chocolate, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, and still more items that I cannot recall. The breakfast area is well attended and clean and neat. My sincere thanks to all the staff at the Baymont."

"Welcome was fine and the room and breakfast choices were good. Only question I had is why the front door remained locked after 7 AM when many people were trying to load up their luggage and found the front door locked but only the side doors could be entered into with a room key. ."

"Very easy check in and check out, All of the staff I came into contact with was very friendly. The free breakfast was amazing. Our room was very clean. The extras in the room were great. Plus a big parking garage is right beside the entrance into the hotel. This is the only place I will stay while visiting Pikeville in the future."

"Our room was clean. Had a coffee pot, fridge, microwave. Ac worked great. The office ladies were so sweet and helpful. There are some walking distance fast food restaurants. there was good water pressure in sink and shower. Toilet flushed slow."
