"Very well located, not the easiest entrance to find but staff were welcoming and the room was spacious and well maintained. Facilities were great though the pool and sauna were busy and people weren't observing the rules (such as no swimsuits in the sauna). We ordered room service which was very tasty and ate at one of the restaurants (the rooftop was booked for a private event). Food was good, the only pity was that our starter never arrived and when we asked about this, she said she'll check and never returned. Eventually the mains arrived and we asked again, there was no apology and it looked like the starter had been sitting at the kitchen counter for some time. Unfortunately we didn't want to risk ordering a desert even though the main was very tasty and asked for the service charge to be removed from the bill. Management didn't apologise or anything, they just issued a new bill and seemed rather annoyed with our request."

"Great hotel, Great location. Train station 2 minutes from hotel. In the middle of the old town and Jewish quarter. Room was spotless, hotel staff excellent and had a water dispenser in corridor so could rehydrate without needing to leave ur floor."
