"We had a very short but pleasant stay.Excellent hotel have stayed here previously. Staff always friendly happy and helpful checking in and out was quick. The room had a kitchenette. Everything you need and want comfy bed and pillows Two TVs Excellent location close to Bourkes Mall. shops, cafes theatres and the tram line. Everything is very walkable. Very quiet area. Excellent Thai restaurant next door.We are always happy to stay here when we are in Melbourne."

From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding – every staff member I encountered, from valet parking to the concierge, was warm, attentive, and genuinely obliging. The room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Opera House.
