"They are getting a low rating from us for not finding the reservation we had with you. They first said they don't have any rooms for smoking, When they seen where it was for a room for smoking, they put us on the 31st floor. The hall smelled mildew. When we got in the room, it smelled worse than the hall,( it didn't smell clean), the wardrobe, for hanging your close in, the right door was broke on it, I turned the tv on, my husband called the front desk, they put him on hold for more then 20 minutes, I told him we could just go down there , they put us in another room, that one everything was cleaned and nothing was broken, but as frustrating it was I wont stay there again."
