"Room was dirty, dusty and gross. The bed mattress smashed in and lumpy. No hanger for toilet paper in bathroom and the toilet barely flushed. Just an absolute dump!! The only positive was the employees were kind."

"The hotel was great. Beautiful as a master of fact. Nice bed, loveseat with ottomans, desk, etc. Great breakfast. Bathroom had beautiful new countertop. Then I took a shower and noticed when I used my foot to push water to the other end to rinse the soap out, clumps of mold started coming from the bathmat. Around the toilet had been neglected also. I took pictures and showed the man at the desk. He immediately contacted another woman who got on the phone to someone. They obviously were very upset and I know the problem was handled. They apologized. Would I stay again? Yes. It really is a nice place, just had a lazy employee."

"This is a more modern concept where most interaction is done via an app. There are a few employees at the location and they were helpful and friendly. The downstairs is very sleek and gives the feel of an upscale hotel. The elevators were a little dirty, but served their purpose and functioned well. The rooms were nice and provided ample space and I believe that they may be updating as they go. The space felt clean, well maintained and Inwould definitely stay again."
