"The front desk were super friendly and helpful.. the rooms on the other hand… they appear nice at first glance but every time I’d use something in the room I’d notice how gross it was. The showers have mold all in the grout and shower heads.. the mirrors were dirty with a black substance on one of them. The floors had cigarette butts behind the bed all the outlets were broken and loose missing the face plates. The toilets weren’t clean and the desks, refrigerators, and microwaves seemed to have been here long enough to be burned with cigarettes and rusted. The second room smelled completely like cigarette smoke and the bathtub drains for both rooms were clogged with so much hair I tough to had the stopper on.. I had to bleach everything. The beds were nice. Bedding was clean. The wall behind the bed in 252 had big mold spots by baseboard. This was a very gross experience. When I got in bed I was so exhausted from all I have had going on I noticed the next morning there was a bad black spot on the sheets and then quickly realized it was from the bottom of my feet and the only time I’ve taken my socks off, was here in the room and have since ruined three pairs of socks, walking around with my socks on and when I’m barefoot my feet are completely black so I mopped the floor and I cleaned everything for you guys but there’s dust mold everything.. lamps are rusted completely out "
