Hotel Macià Granada Five Senses Rooms & Suites

"Emplacement central, près du centre historique. Il faut bien se renseigner pour s’y rendre en voiture puisque la circulation est restreinte dans le secteur. Donc prévoir parking en amont (nous avons choisi le parking Hermanos Maristas, 19€/jour, à 8 minutes). Notre chambre était très bien, super propre et confortable. Seul petit bémol: le bruit de la rue est assez important, surtout que nous y étions pendant le week-end. Mais l’hôtel a eu la brillante idée de fournir des bouchons d’oreille! La piscine sur la terrasse nous beaucoup plu. Et petit déjeuner varié et délicieux."

"This is a very pleasant hotel for people looking for a little bit of luxury and a spectacular view of Granada. It is not hard to fall in love with Granada, and it is a privilege to sit on the terrace and look at the beautiful city while an attentive staff pleasantly helps you through meals and drinks. I was consistently surprised by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I’m from New York City and can’t imagine any staff person treating me as well as the people here do. Two factors to consider if you want to stay here. First is that it is not in the city center and you will either have to take a taxi or make a reasonably long walk up or down a fairly steep hill. Second, is for the athletes among us. The exercise room is inadequate, which was disappointment. With that small exception, I recommend the hotel enthusiastically."

"Lovely clean hotel, simple check in and out. Great little pool with bar. Nice bar by reception and great breakfast. (Didn't have dinner). Happy to store luggage on last day and were kind enough to extend my check out time as I had a late flight. Loved the location. It IS up a very steep hill but personally, I loved walking off my dinner each night I went out and it's a lovely stroll down (it's an oasis of birdsong and trickling water!) Right opposite Alhambra and very convenient C32 bus that is pretty much all you need for a city stay. Few little shops nearby. Rooms are functional, although there are no drawers at all in the bedroom and small wardrobe. It's a well priced hotel and I highly recommend (been back twice so far, recommended to others who visited and enjoyed their stay and I will return again too.)"
