"Very clean and comfortable Spa is excellent The staff were very attentive However reception staff were not very knowledgeable about the local area The staff at the breakfast were very attentive. Some lacked knowledge about the local food The variety and amount of food were very good However the bread was not the best quality "

"Gorgeous and friendly staff welcomed us on arrival, the rooms are a very comfortable size, super clean, easily worked for 3 adults. The whole place is beautifully furnished and presented so it's such an enjoyable place to stay. The hotel is an easy walk along the river into the busy part of town with pkenty of food options and shopping. Outside is a beautiful seating area on the river bank with tea, coffee, drinks, even some wines. The only negative is out of the control of the hotel, but there was a strong waste smell from the river. There are obviously some major civic works underway to fix the leaks and treat the water."
