"I had such a relaxing stay here. The bed was so comfortable and I slept well. Felt safe both outside and in, lovely accommodations. I’d like to talk about the staff, as I cannot get over how exceptional they all were. Every last person with whom I encountered showed so much kindness; I’ve never been in such a truly happy establishment and it was refreshing to see. Really beautiful atmosphere, thank you! The area is highly accessible on foot, which was really convenient. Incredible experience as a whole, will definitely be back when I come back through. THANK YOU. "

"This place is unique! So out of the norm for most hotels! The rooms are huge! It’s just awesome. The staff is first class and the Halloween decorations are over the top! My new go to Des Moines Hotel!"

"Great room in which you can open the windows at night, not all hotels have that. Also has a recliner in the room, another feature most hotels do not have. I have stayed at many hotels for my job, and this is my favorite hotel in the Des Moines area! "

"Air conditioner in the room was loud, but worked. The parking lot issue is inconvenient, especially being from out of the area, and arriving late in the evening, once I figured it out it wasn’t that bad though. "
