We did private tours following the concierge recommendations and had the best of time- also the hotel always asked us what snacks and drinks to pack had chairs, ponchos, umbrellas in case we needed them. "The place is very up-scale but casual just like the whole island. It would not hurt having it closer to "downtown" as the 15-min walk to another restaurant down a narrow road with no sidewalk gets tiring after a while. The pool is excellent and so is the service. "

Shout out to Paulina who was so helpful to us when our tour company fell short on the tours of the island and national parks we purchased. She actually intervened on our behalf and got them to provide what we had paid for. All Staff were kind and helpful. The pool is beautiful. If I were to go back to Easter Island I would stay here...
