"Clean room awesome staff!! Great food! Went to bar for cocktail Friday night. Couldn’t find a bartender!! Otherwise awesome stay! "

"Restaurant service was terrible. We waited over 25 min for just menus and first contact with any server. They never came so we left and so did several other parties. We had to get dinner down the street. We had no hot water Saturday morning for showers. The water was fixed on Sunday but the tub drain was not working."

"So I must say I was alittle disappointed by the hotel. I thought from the reviews I read it was going to be way more upscale. My check in was smooth and easy I did an early check in due to my early arrival which was okay. The lobby looked decent , however the Dunkin’ Donuts inside was so cleanly, didn’t smell so good and had locals hanging out in the seating area trying to flirt with me. When I reached my room, there was a big laundry cart in it I had to push out into the hallway. The room was accessible for a persons with a wheelchair which is good but since I am not in a wheelchair I had to pull the chair out of the shower. There was no shower door so I had to put a bunch of towels down to stop the water from flooding across the floor. The bathroom however was clean and decent , I did however clean it again to my satisfaction. The room itself was okay , it had a mini refrigerator that looked like someone took a knife and or key and keyed it all over differently a turn off. I kept smelling marijuana and cigarette smoke through the vents which was a negative for me being as though I don’t smoke , thank god I bought room spray I had to keep spraying it throughout my time there. The room was cold it wasn’t till day 2 going into 3 did I learn how to turn off the power and get the heat going . As for the casino I could barely stomach to stay in there long enough with all the cigarette smoke that was going on. The restaurants in the hotels were blah. I ate across the street "

"In the heart of everything downtown but also across the street from bum central (bus terminal) hotel need repairs dishwasher was filled upon arrival that made the entire room smell so bad. They tried to move us to a room that had not been cleaned yet just for us to return back to our original room with the stinch. Bathroom was not clean we was instructed to talk to management the next morning just for them to tell us he won’t be back until the next week. They never accommodated us in no way. We’ve yet to hear anything back and that was a week ago "

"Both my husband and I made a reservation to stay at this location for a total of 9 days. Upon arriving we were not greeted by staff due to a failure with the room card key system being down and malfunctioning. Each time we left the room we had to ring the staff on the front desk phone and wait for them to radio someone to meet us at our room to let us into our room. The room was not a bad room however the last guests that occupied this room had a fun filled event as remnants of dried rose petals riddled the floor and candle wax was left on the night stand, Shelfs and dresser top under the t.v. We also had red balloons behind the recliner chair. Overall we as well as many other guests were completely disappointed with the wait times that it took for us to gain entry into our rooms each day. "
