Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center

"The room we stayed in was beautiful, and the property was awesome."

Hyatt Vacation Club at The Ranahan

"We loved this impromptu overnight stay on our way out on family vacation into the mountains. King bed suite with pull out sofa worked well for four of us overnight, but we would have wanted more space if staying for a week. We all loved the heated pool and hot tubs until 10pm. Check in and out staff at the desk were super friendly and welcoming. Pool tables and breakfast bar in lobby were great too. Saw bike rentals in the lobby, which would be really convenient for a longer stay. A few minute drive outside of town, which worked well for us for a night. We drove a few minutes to the gondola and mountaintop park area in the morning and felt like it was the perfect location."

The Block Hotel & Commons

"The room I stayed in was awesome! Huge windows and very spacious, The bathroom and shower are great. Very clean and comfortable. It was the most luxurious room I have ever stayed in for the price! I was stoked! However, some noise was the only downfall. From my room, I could hear the conversation of the folks outside, on the patio area below my room windows. I could understand every single word of their convo. I went outside to check if they were talking loudly, but it was a normal conversation. So, the windows don't have noise protection. Not a deal breaker, but I would not want to have a private conversation in my room due to this issue. The property is exceptionally nice with a path along the creek that provides great access to nearby businesses. The location feels very exclusive and private. Note**A brief but heavy rainstorm hit the area on first night of my stay and it may have contributed to the power outage the following day. The power outage lasted about 8 to 9 hours. This was a circumstance beyond the control of businesses and residences affected in the area. I did not deduct any stars in my review for this misfortune. However, this establishment did not appear to have backup generators. If any medical equipment requiring power is a must, I would suggest bringing extra batteries if a power outage is a concern. I did not ask staff if power accessories were available, but it may be wise to prepare for things of this nature while traveling in the Rockies of Colorado."

"Our stay was amazing and the front desk clerk, when we checked in, was top notch. She went above and beyond to make our check in process simple, and even gave us great information about things to do. Our 1 bedroom condo was very nice and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The living room sofa was a bit outdated and uncomfortable, which wasn't a big deal since we didn't stay in there much. The front desk clerk for the duration of our stay was a young man who could have cared less about guests. When asked a question (we only had one question) he was extremely rude and walked to the back as if he was being bothered. He never greeted us as we came in through the main entrance, which was minimal as we were mainly parked in the garage, much less looked up from his computer. The only time he was half decent was at checkout. The overall stay was extremely nice with beautiful views from our balcony. I would highly recommend this lodge for anyone wanting a beautiful getaway."

"Very pet-friendly! We had dinner at the hotel and our dog, Franci even got her own menu! She raved about the diced chicken entree! Our food was also devine. The doggie bed, food and water bowls in our room were a nice touch also. The pool was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. A lap pool, which was cool, clean, tranquil, the views amazing. Will stay again!"
