"Great, friendly and helpful staff and management. Rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and would highly recommend this hotel."
"Great customer service at bars and restaurants. Walking distance to shopping strip. Room service took about an hour to bring water and clean towels. Carlos bartender was amazing. Charlene at underground has exceptional customer service care. Prices are great. Would stay again"
"The staff was very friendly. The room was also clean with multiple tv channels to choose from. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy. The area safe with easy on and off from highway. "
"It was easy to park, quiet location in the back and allowing pets was one of the main reasons I booked. Straightforward to check in and friendly staff was noticed. "

"Bathtub was leaking. Room Floor tiles are coming out they becomed unglued due to water leak. There are molds in the ceiling and the toilet. Room smells like wet dog. "
"Very clean and properly kept and upgraded. Sometimes you see hotels where the upgrades look like cheap patches, this hotel was as nice as you should expect from any decent hotel."
"we were first placed in a room that had a broken lamp, and a disconnected frayed wire to the second tv in the suite. This place has to be THE WORST place we have EVER stayed at. We've traveled extensively over the past few years and this was by far the worst. Very disappointed that Expedia even has it in their listings! No ice available except to take the ice bucket (no ice bucket existed in either room)to the front office, meaning a walk across the parking lot only to find that they didn't have ice buckets either? Rooms are in shambles, every door was damaged from wear and tear and age. Beds were hard as rocks! we complained about our first room so they then moved us to another room, just as bad, no ice bucket, no phone in first room, phone in second room had no wire, so no use! Curtains in second room were damaged, wouldn't close all the way. Coffee maker but no coffee. Bathrooms had 2 threadbare "bath" towels, 2 washcloths, no hand towels, no dish towel in the "kitchenette", appliances were ancient, wouldn't have tried to use them. 3 switches in the bathroom, only 1 worked luckily it was the light. Dirty top sheet on the king bed. NO BREAKFAST even though it was advertised on the Expedia site. They charged my card a $50 for incidental charges. I insisted they return that fee at checkout and stood there while the woman at first told me it would be released later and I told her I would not leave until it was done. she finally voided it and gave me a receipt."
