"Airport shuttle was so nice to have - it does take about 15 minutes to the airport, so that needs to be factored in. All in all, a fine overnight and no real issues. "

"Room was a little tight compared to others we've stayed in, especially for 4 people. Breakfast was as minimal as it could possibly be and still be called free breakfast. The hotel was clean."

"The staff were lovely, but we were disturbed by an alarm that went off every few minutes from around 10pm and was still sounding intermittently in the morning. The staff were really kind and helpful; walked around f Trying to locate the sound, helped us move our stuff when we decided to leave our room. The manager, however, declined to talk to us, tried to convince me it was the dishwasher even when I played rhe siren noise over the phone and refused to compensate us anything at all, Even when Expedia intervened on our behalf. Very disappointed and do not recommend."

"The property is wrecking of smoke. It is unclean and not well maintained. The room condition was subpar. The bathtub was not clean. There’s a hole in the wall near the tub from water damage. The shower curtain is unclean with build up. I could not see out of the window due to dirt and condensation build up. There was no remote to the tv. The bedsheets wrecked of smoke. "

"My stay at Candlewood Suites East Syracuse was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a full kitchenette, which made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything needed. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby highways, shopping, and dining options."

"Overall it felt unsafe to stay in the building. They have signs that they are undergoing renovation but outside of seeing things that need to be addressed (e.g., bathroom ceiling caving in, visible water damage, walls that need patching, items falling off of the wall, mechanical items in what should be the breakfast area) we did not see any active renovation. Overall, the building didn't feel, appear or smell clean. We purchased towels and pillows from a nearby Walmart to take a shower and sleep. The smell was a combination of a pet store, smoke and dryer sheets. "
