"Сам отель и комната были довольно комфортные. Обслуживающий персоонал работал отлично. Сначала мне дали комнату на 5 этаже, но там было жарко. Тогда мне поменяли комнату на 4 этаж, где было прохладнее. Единственное, что мне не понравилось - старые слабые кодиционеры. "

"A great family hotel. Extremely well located for visits to the Gateway Arch. Plenty of parking. The breakfast and evening kick-back was just what we needed. We also walked to the Ballpark area for dinner one night. The pool area was spacious and I enjoyed a quiet evening reading at the observation deck."

"The front desk employee is super friendly and very helpful! Rooms are very spacious, pool, hot tub are very relaxing and the breakfast has so many options! Didnt use much of the happy hour but one thing i did like is the fact thay they have a soda machine avaliable 24 hours in lobby when you just need a drink. "

"So what I liked the most about my stay there was the staff in the beginning when i checked in. They were nice, friendly and got my room as quick as possible. The next thing I liked was the waiter i had when i ate dinner, it was very enthusiastic and he had a sense of urgency and he was very respectful. Next were the valet they was very kind. And the last thing i liked was the lady at the front desk when i was checking out. She was an Angel. Overall my experience was a 10 out of 10"
