"The hotel itself was very clean- lobby was great. Elevator and hallways were clean. Some aspects of the room were a little dirty. For example- visible dust behind the night stand, Stains on lampshades, paper items from the room- tv channel guide, etc... had stains or marks on them. Overall I gave it 4/5 for cleanliness. Felt that it was unworthy of a 5th star, but was definitely better than a 3/5"
